Medicine Wheel Recovery Services, Inc. (MWRS) is a recovery and behavioral health organization based in St. Helens, Oregon. Founded by Pam Councell and Tana Howtopat, the agency was incorporated in 2015 to help build healthier lives, families, and communities by addressing addiction and mental health challenges. Its approach is client-centered and culturally competent, grounded in dignity, respect, diversity, collaboration, and whole-person wellness.
