The benefits of mindfulness for the legal profession include improved effectiveness, well-being, cognitive reframing, resilience, and the development of skills related to ethical decision-making and cognitive abilities. Led by certified mindfulness teacher Ingrid Benninghoff, meditation.law offers workshops and sessions tailored to lawyers and support staff, as well as students and professors in law schools. By incorporating mindfulness into legal practice, meditation.law aims to empower legal professionals to navigate the challenges of their profession more effectively and foster personal well-being.
