## Description

Medora is a digital workplace for care providers, designed to bring everyday team communication and organisation together in one place. It serves ambulatory and residential care, out-of-hospital intensive care, and support services, while complementing—not replacing—existing specialist care software. Billing and care documentation remain in the provider’s current system.

The platform helps teams share messages, assign tasks with owners and deadlines, and keep documents, calendars, and care-related information accessible at work. Staff can use Medora in a browser or on mobile devices, including a shared care iPad view, with access managed through roles and permissions. Medora was founded by Fynn Hobbje, a qualified nursing professional with experience in out-of-hospital intensive care. The company offers interactive previews, guided tours, personal setup and team onboarding, and a supported pilot phase.
