## Description

Mehr Taekwondo is a vibrant martial arts club located in Torslanda, Göteborg, dedicated to teaching the World Taekwondo (WT) style. Founded in January 2004, the club emphasizes core values such as respect, discipline, and fair play while employing modern teaching methods. With a strong focus on community spirit, reflected in their motto of enthusiasm, hard work, and friendship, Mehr Taekwondo offers a welcoming environment for all ages and skill levels.

The club trains in various competition formats, including Kyorugi (sparring), Poomsae (forms), and Free Style Poomsae, making it an ideal place for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Training sessions are held in Lillebyn School's gymnasium, with specific schedules tailored for children aged 7 to 11, as well as older youth and adults. They also allow parents to train alongside their younger children to foster bonding through martial arts. With open houses inviting newcomers to try their first class, Mehr Taekwondo promotes physical strength, agility, coordination, and mental discipline.
