Its offerings include fitdankbaby courses for expectant parents, mothers and babies, toddlers, older children, outdoor and aquatic settings, as well as sessions for fathers. Classes are available with or without children and are designed to support participants at different stages of family life. The practice also offers pelvic floor courses, including BeBo® classes, pregnancy fitness, preventive exercise and workplace sport. Individual services include physiotherapy, pelvic floor assessments, therapy focused on the body’s core, one-to-one training and massages. Mehr als bewegen places personal wellbeing at the centre of its approach, combining exercise, practical guidance and therapeutic care. The practice aims to provide a welcoming place where clients can find support through pregnancy and recovery, build healthy habits, and stay active together with their families. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/Mehralsbewegen) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/mehralsbewegen) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idfDiUPAal/w/1080/h/1080/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793534564512) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idfDiUPAal/w/960/h/960/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793534564790) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Half Baked | #83c5c2 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - var(--font02) — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
