# Meike Mennicke - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `meike-mennicke.coach` ## Description Meike Mennicke provides gentle, individualized sleep coaching for families in Saarland whose babies or young children have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep. Her approach is not a fixed program or a “cry it out” method: parents remain present, responsive, and able to comfort their child throughout the process. Together, Mennicke and each family explore the reasons behind sleep difficulties, assess the child’s sleep needs, and identify routines or habits that may be making rest harder. The aim is a practical plan tailored to the child’s development and the family’s needs, helping parents support more settled sleep without leaving their child alone to cry. The service typically begins with a phone call and an initial consultation, supported by a sleep diary and preparatory questions. Coaching usually takes place at home, where Mennicke can observe the child and work with parents on achievable goals. Families receive a concrete sleep plan and follow-up support by WhatsApp or phone, including regular feedback and adjustments. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Childrens Health _(under Health)_ - 🏝 Lifestyle - 🏝 Childcare _(under Lifestyle)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/schlafcoach) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idMCZwZi4i/w/995/h/250/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792914275683) - icon _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idMCZwZi4i/w/826/h/827/theme/dark/icon.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792914276143) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Sun | #f9b018 | accent | | Lotus | #793732 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - serif — asset _(custom)_ - serif — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
