Starting as a food truck, Mei Mei's mission is to bring childhood favorites and Chinese-American flavors to the heart of Boston. Inspired by their own experiences growing up, Mei Mei offers unconventional dumpling combinations that showcase the best of New England ingredients.

They prioritize sourcing pasture-raised meat from the Northeast and working with small, independent family farms. In fact, 70% of their produce is sourced locally. Not only that, Mei Mei is committed to transparency and empowerment.

Since 2018, they have been an Open Book company, sharing key financial information with their staff and encouraging them to think and act like managers. With a recent transformation into a Dumpling Factory, Cafe, and Classroom, Mei Mei's dumplings are now available far and wide. You can find them at their factory, cafe, or various retail locations.
