## Description

Mélanie Cullin is a Montreal-based pianist, accordionist, performer, improviser, sound creator, and actor whose work brings music into conversation with theatre, movement, and visual arts. She develops multidisciplinary and sound projects through collective creative processes and close collaboration. Her work includes Migraphonie – sans parole, an interactive musical performance in development for children aged four and up, exploring migratory movements.

Alongside her artistic practice, Cullin shares her experience through workshops, professional training, and cultural mediation. Her offerings include group improvisation sessions, where participants explore sound, rhythm, and spontaneous creation, and professional development in group pedagogy, providing music educators with playful, creative tools for teaching theoretical, technical, and musical skills. Workshops are available for amateur musicians at different levels, children, and other interested participants, while training also supports students and professionals in developing their approaches to music education and artistic creation.

Cullin invites audiences, creators, and curious visitors to discover her current projects and contact her for information about performances, workshops, or training in Montreal and beyond.
