## Description

Melanie Tonia Evans (MTE) is a personal development and healing brand focused on recovery from narcissistic abuse, emotional trauma, and difficult relationship patterns. Created by Melanie Tonia Evans, the brand’s central approach is Quanta Freedom Healing™ (QFH™), which she presents as a method for addressing trauma and helping people reconnect with their sense of self and personal agency. The website offers a free 16-day narcissistic abuse recovery course, accompanied by two eBooks, as well as paid online programs and one-to-one QFH™ sessions.

Its programs cover topics including healing after toxic relationships, changing relationship patterns, building self-worth, and personal growth. Featured offerings include Break Free with NARP™, Shifts Happen, a relationship bootcamp, and a four-day program focused on wellbeing and inner renewal. Melanie also shares educational content through her blog, books, and personal story. The brand combines practical recovery guidance with spiritual and quantum-healing language, aiming to support people as they move beyond surviving harmful relationships and work toward a more self-directed life.
