Mélodie Ziegler is a certified thanadoula offering compassionate support to people approaching the end of life, their loved ones, and those experiencing bereavement. Her practice is grounded in attentive listening, presence, simplicity, and respect for each person’s freedom and choices. She is certified by the Institut Ressources et Accompagnement Deuils et Fin de Vie, is a member of the Alliance Rosette Poletti, and participates in a clinical ethics training programme at Cochin Hospital.

End-of-life services include listening sessions, daytime or overnight presence, respite for family caregivers, support during medical appointments, help preparing advance directives and final wishes, and the creation of written or filmed life stories. Mélodie also offers guided meditations, farewell rituals, relational touch, and other support shaped around individual needs. Bereavement accompaniment is available after the loss of a loved one, including perinatal loss and suicide, as well as other significant life changes. Sessions may take place at home or outdoors, including while walking.
