OKC Memorial is a brand born out of the devastation and grief caused by the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995. This brand is synonymous with the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum, which serves as a powerful reminder of the impact of violence. The Memorial and Museum were created to honor and remember those who were killed, those who survived, and those forever changed by the tragic event. The Memorial features the Field of Empty Chairs, symbolically representing each life lost, while the Memorial Museum offers an interactive learning experience that tells the personal stories of the victims and the world's response to the bombing. Guided by the Oklahoma City National Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization, the Memorial and Museum are sustained through funds raised from admissions, store sales, the OKC Memorial Marathon, an endowment, and private donations.
