## Description

Mendistrict Oost is a regional organisation serving the carriage-driving community in the eastern Netherlands. Its website provides information for members, competitors and people interested in equestrian driving, including district news, event dates, competition results and guidance on taking part. The organisation coordinates district championships and selection events, with activities covering indoor and outdoor driving, dressage, driving skills, marathon and combined driving competitions. It also shares information about qualification and selection for larger events such as the Hippiade, alongside rules, start lists and results.

Beyond competition, Mendistrict Oost supports recreational driving through information about riding routes and its “Adopt your route” initiative. The site includes practical resources for participants, such as competition organisation details, equipment information, regulations and links to KNHS services. Members can find information about the board, vacancies, statutes, privacy policy and general meetings. News and reports highlight local events, participant achievements and developments in the sport. Overall, Mendistrict Oost connects drivers, clubs and supporters while helping them access opportunities, information and activities across the region.
