Menopause Hub is an information and support platform focused on perimenopause and menopause. Created by Anna Pattison, a former registered nurse, clinical myotherapist, and menopause mentor, it aims to help people understand changes that may otherwise be overlooked or dismissed. Anna shares evidence-based information informed by courses and reading, drawing on up-to-date resources from Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The site is shaped in part by her own experience: she says her periods remained unchanged and she did not initially recognise her perimenopause symptoms.
