## Description

MENSEN is an organization working toward a more equal society in which menstrual rights are respected and everyone can manage menstruation safely and with dignity. Its work focuses on access to menstrual products, knowledge about menstruation, suitable facilities and supportive social norms. Through educational projects and public engagement, MENSEN brings menstrual health into workplaces and schools and encourages more open, informed conversations.

The organization offers educational resources, including Mensmegafonens book about menstruation, the menstrual cycle and products, as well as a handbook with methods and tips for discussing menstruation with children and young people. Its activities also include a podcast, workshops, lectures and opinion-building initiatives. Projects such as Vulvans värld and Menskompetens further support learning and awareness. MENSEN provides opportunities to get involved, including free membership and study circles, and sells educational materials and themed merchandise through its online shop. The organization also shares updates on its projects and campaigns and welcomes questions from the public and media.
