## Description

MensReach is a community-focused organization supporting men in Dungannon with their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Founded in 2022, it grew from concern about men experiencing mental health difficulties and the rising toll of suicide, alongside recognition that many men hesitate to seek help. The organization aims to turn that concern into practical support, offering a welcoming place where men can connect, share experiences and feel less isolated.

Guided by its ethos, “Made to Matter,” MensReach affirms that every man has value and purpose. Its vision is to help men become mindful, healthy and certain by encouraging care for mind, body and soul. Through engaging events and programs, the organization fosters genuine connection and lasting friendships, while providing opportunities to receive support from its dedicated team.

MensReach welcomes men from all walks of life, regardless of social or religious background, including those with no religious affiliation. Its work is centered on inclusion, wellbeing and positive change within the local community.
