Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach & Martin Counties has been positively impacting children's lives in the community for over 30 years. Their mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that unlock the potential of youth. As the nation's largest donor- and volunteer-supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters matches adult volunteers (Bigs) with children (Littles) aged 5 to young adulthood. They offer various mentoring programs to cater to different age groups and needs. Their School Based Mentoring program pairs elementary school children with mentors who meet for one hour per week to complete homework, activities, and play games together.

The Community Based Mentoring program connects children aged 6-18 with mentors who meet for four hours per month for a year to participate in mutually agreed-upon activities. Lastly, the Work Based Mentoring program provides mentoring to high school students, offering employability workshops, life skills training, and career exploration opportunities.
