## Description

Mentors, short for Multi-actors Educational Impact Models for Children, is a 30-month initiative focused on the educational role of sports referees. Supported by the Erasmus+ programme, it aims to help create positive, inclusive sporting environments where children can grow both personally and socially. The project promotes cooperation among referees, families and coaches, recognizing that each can contribute to young athletes’ experiences on and off the field. Its approach incorporates values including respect, fairness, perseverance and responsibility, using sport as a setting for learning and development. One stated objective is to activate a Positive Sport Model in local tournaments, bringing these principles into practice within community sporting activities.
