Owner and instructor Justin “Mercs” Mercado is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belt under Nova Uniao Hawaiʻi, a strength and conditioning specialist, and a former professional MMA, boxing, and kickboxing competitor. He brings more than 20 years of experience in Jiu-jitsu, Kajukenbo, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and strength training, alongside a team of experienced coaches.

Programs include adult and youth Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, with both Gi and No Gi training, as well as strength and conditioning and mixed martial arts.
