Many women come to Mercy feeling lost and unfulfilled, having experienced trauma or abuse that has left them feeling unwanted, unworthy, and alone. At Mercy, they provide a safe and Christ-centered environment where women can discover hope for their future.

Through biblically-based counseling and discipleship services, they help women identify and address the root causes of their struggles. Their programs, which run for 6-12 months, are holistic and focus on addressing the whole person – spirit, soul, and body. Mercy operates on the principle of voluntary participation, recognizing that true change requires a personal commitment to change.

Importantly, they do not accept funding that restricts them from sharing Christ, and they give back 10% of all donations to like-minded organizations. With the belief that the Holy Bible is a record of God's revelation and that there is one living and true God, Mercy is guided by a strong statement of faith. They offer various programs such as the Wellness Centre, Outreach & Training, and Residential Care, all designed to empower and support women on their journeys towards healing and hope.
