## Description

David Lloyd Meridian is a premium health and wellness club brand offering fitness, spa facilities and personal support in one setting. Its clubs operate across Germany and form part of a wider network in the UK and Europe. Members can use modern gym equipment and join a broad programme of classes, including yoga, Pilates, cycling, HIIT, HYROX training, aqua fitness and dance. Personal training and support for newcomers help members work towards individual fitness goals.

Wellness services include indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, massages, facial treatments and other beauty and spa treatments. Some clubs also offer cafés, business lounges and facilities for families, including childcare. The brand promotes a welcoming community and offers membership options for individuals, couples and families, alongside day passes, wellness days and club tours. David Lloyd Meridian also describes plans to invest in and renovate its Hamburg Alstertal club, with updated spa, training and changing areas.
