## Description

Meritech is an investment firm that partners with technology companies redefining their markets. A small, equal partnership, it works with a select group of founders and commits the full firm’s support to building enduring, market-leading businesses. Meritech’s approach is centered on founder ownership, direct partner involvement, and high-conviction investing. Rather than relying on separate platform teams, the firm’s partners work directly with the companies they back, building close relationships around a shared vision of the future.

Since 1999, Meritech reports more than 200 investments and over 60 IPOs, and encourages prospective partners to speak with its founders about their experience. Its founder community includes leaders associated with companies such as Meta, Salesforce, Snowflake, Datadog, Roblox, Tableau, and Wealthsimple, among others. The firm’s work is focused on investment and partnership with founders; the supplied information does not specify particular investment stages, sectors beyond technology, or additional advisory services. Meritech also provides updates through its website and offers press and legal resources.
