MetaVR is a public research resource for exploring viral genomes and their diversity. Built on the IMG data warehouse and analysis tools, it provides a collection of uncultivated viral genomes (UViGs) recovered from metagenomic data and serves as the updated successor to IMG/VR-4.0.
