## Description

Metakognitiv Terapeut København offers effective solutions for sleep problems, worries, anxiety, and depression, as well as psychological support for individuals facing physical illnesses. As a metacognitive therapist, nurse, and life coach, Julie Thorsted can help you find stability and balance in life. Studies have shown that excessive thinking can lead to more worries and rumination, ultimately resulting in anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. However, with metacognitive therapy, you can learn to shift your focus away from negative thought spirals and embrace a more positive and present mindset. Julie's approach involves providing insights into your negative thought patterns and working with the unconscious beliefs influencing your thought management. Through specific exercises, she will guide you in letting go of negative thoughts, allowing you to experience more mindfulness. By reducing worry and rumination, you can transform your negative thought patterns, alleviate sleep problems, anxiety, or depression, and regain the energy to handle the specific challenges that matter most to you. Julie offers individual sessions both in-person and online. Whether you have prior knowledge of metacognitive therapy or not, Julie will provide a safe and respectful environment for your healing journey. Reach out to her for a non-committal consultation and take the first step towards a more fulfilling life.
