## Description

Méthode Hugo Tronche (MHT) is a self-defense and physical training brand founded in 2011 by Hugo Tronche, a close-protection professional and martial arts practitioner. Its approach focuses on realistic techniques, physical readiness and mental preparation for responding to aggression and managing conflict. The method is taught through group classes in self-defense and Pencak Silat at the Dojo des Pies in Sassenage, near Grenoble. Classes welcome beginners and experienced participants from age 11, with no prior experience required. Students can also book private lessons, attend workshops in France and internationally, or take specialist modules including knife defense, conflict management, family self-defense and women’s self-defense. MHT provides tailored professional training for private security staff, law enforcement, healthcare workers and businesses, as well as instructor training with Hugo Tronche. For practice beyond in-person sessions, MHT Online offers video programs, including a 14-module course. The brand also provides physical conditioning through MHT Conditioning and sells official club apparel, including rash guards, shorts and leggings.
