## Description

Metix AI, formerly OpenJobs AI, is an AI recruiting platform designed to deliver interview-ready candidates rather than simply provide hiring tools or raw profiles. Its Mira AI Recruiter manages the process from role brief through sourcing, outreach, screening, and interview scheduling. Hiring teams describe the position and priorities, and Metix AI searches global talent markets, assesses candidate fit and interest, and aims to bring qualified candidates to interview within 24 hours.

The platform serves founders, hiring managers, recruiting teams, and agencies, with solutions for technology, healthcare AI, cybersecurity, fintech, and cross-border hiring. Its AI sourcing feature searches more than 900 million profiles by meaning, while interview scheduling helps turn candidate interest into booked conversations. Metix AI also offers resources such as hiring guides, research, talent reports, free hiring tools, and founder lists.

Plans start at $99 per month and include monthly Credits and an AI Agent; additional usage and agents are available through Credits.
