## Description

Me Too Mining Association is an organization focused on addressing sexual violence, sexual harassment, racism, bullying, intimidation, and discrimination affecting workers in mining and mineral exploration, as well as people in mining-impacted communities. It works to encourage open conversations about these experiences and to support people seeking resources, community, healing, and change. The association aims to develop recommendations for workplace policies, procedures, and training that make clear inappropriate behavior is not tolerated, support bystander intervention, and promote safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace cultures. Its website offers information and resources, alongside ways to connect through events, news, a newsletter, and social media. The association has transitioned its DIGGER workshop, which teaches effective allyship and active bystander intervention strategies, to the nonprofit Mine Shift Foundation. Me Too Mining Association states that it will remain available to support people who need help as this work continues under the new organization. Its mission centers on preventing harm and fostering more respectful workplaces across the mining sector.
