Metropolitan Family Health Network (MFHN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Hudson County, New Jersey. It is dedicated to making high-quality, affordable health care accessible to local residents, particularly people in underserved communities. MFHN provides a broad range of ambulatory services for individuals and families, including internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, cardiology and neurology, podiatry, behavioral health, dental care, PrEP, and health care for people experiencing homelessness. The network also offers dental education, pharmacy services, and access to medications through its 340B program.

Patients can book appointments and access medical records and test results through the Patient Portal and healow app. Telehealth consultations let patients connect with MFHN providers from home, while care and after-hours support are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MFHN welcomes patients regardless of their ability to pay and provides sliding-fee discounts to eligible individuals. Its Certified Application Counselors also help with health insurance Marketplace enrollment, and translation services are available on site.
