## Description

Metros Running Club is a friendly local running club serving the London Borough of Harrow and nearby communities, including Pinner, Rayners Lane, Eastcote, Northwood Hills, North Harrow, Hatch End, Stanmore, Canons Park, Kenton and Harrow-on-the-Hill. Welcoming people of all aspirations and abilities, the club encourages members to run, walk and talk together in a supportive community.

Metros holds training sessions six days a week, with sessions for different needs and experience levels. Its Couch to 5K programme offers a starting point for people beginning their running journey, while regular training and club activities provide opportunities for ongoing participation. The club also takes part in races and fixtures, including summer league events and a 5K competition series, and hosts community activities such as Run/Walk London events. Its Harrow Hill 10K is a local race open to participants.

Prospective members can apply to join, and current members can access a dedicated members’ area. Metros also shares club news, event information and details about club kit, bookings and policies.
