## Description

M&H Distillery, Israel's first whisky distillery, takes pride in their commitment to the highest international standards of quality and the centuries-old traditions of whisky making. Founded in 2013, they enlisted the expertise of renowned master distiller Dr. Jim Swan, an expert in hot-climate maturation and new world whisky. With a focus on perfection, M&H Distillery utilizes custom-made copper pot stills and implements rigorous quality control throughout the entire whisky-making process. The Mediterranean climate, featuring over 300 days of sun a year, accelerates the aging process, resulting in deep and complex flavors in their single malts. Situated in Tel Aviv, M&H Distillery embodies the city's vibrant and innovative spirit. Visitors can take a tour of the distillery, witnessing the production area, the copper stills in action, and even indulge in a tasting of their variety of award-winning single-malt whiskies. With their unrelenting innovation, M&H whiskies are now available in over 40 countries worldwide, exemplifying their bold story.
