## Description

MHD Elite Basketball is a competitive basketball program for female athletes in Clay County, Florida, and the surrounding areas. Established in 2017, the program is affiliated with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and identifies as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its roster brings together student athletes from local elementary, middle, and high schools and reflects the area’s cultural diversity.

The program is built around motivation, hard work, and dedication, which MHD Elite describes as the foundations of elite basketball players. Its mission is to strengthen athletes’ foundational skills, develop their natural talent, and support their growth as athletes and leaders. The organization aims to help players achieve more for their futures than they may initially expect of themselves.

MHD Elite offers competitive AAU basketball opportunities, including travel-season tryouts, games and events, and tournament participation. Its website also provides information about coaches, current and past rosters, season activities, tournament results, alumni, and player registration. Through these resources, the program connects athletes and families with its basketball activities and community.
