Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a pioneering initiative dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills necessary to provide first aid for mental health issues. Backed by research from the Central Institute for Mental Health, MHFA’s approach closes crucial gaps in public mental health care, fostering a society where individuals with mental health struggles are supported and acknowledged.
