## Description

Midtjyllands Hangglider og Paraglider Klub (MHPK) is a hang-gliding and paragliding club based in Fasterholt, in Denmark’s Midtjylland region. A member of the Danish Hang Gliding and Paragliding Union (DHPU), the club brings together around 40 pilots and welcomes both newcomers and experienced flyers. Its activities combine flying, training and a strong community spirit.

MHPK offers access to a 1,200-metre launch strip in Fasterholt, with up to 100 flying days a year. The club provides certified instruction using the international SAFEPRO system, supporting pilots from beginner level through to more advanced experience. Members can also take part in club trips, social barbecue events, talks and training days.

The club highlights sustainability as part of its approach to the sport, using solar panels, battery storage and an electric winch to reduce its carbon footprint. In addition to flying and instruction, MHPK shares information about events, membership, prices, accommodation and club merchandise, helping visitors and prospective pilots explore ways to get involved.
