## Description

The Mennonite Historical Society of Canada (MHSC) is a vital organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the history and heritage of Mennonites across the nation. It serves a diverse coalition of Mennonite denominations, historical societies, and institutions, fostering collaboration among its members. The MHSC is committed to documenting the rich narratives of Mennonite communities, illustrated through various projects such as the "Divergent Voices of Canadian Mennonites" and the "GAMEO" initiative.

In addition to historical documentation, the society organizes events like the "Russlaender 100" traveling exhibit, which celebrates Mennonite history through engaging presentations and storytelling. The organization also hosts the annual general meeting, allowing members to connect and share insights. By providing valuable resources such as historical archives and libraries, the MHSC supports research and education on Mennonite heritage, ensuring that the stories and contributions of Mennonites are recognized and remembered across Canada.
