# Michelle Arant Coaching - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `michellearantcoaching.com` ## Description Michelle Arant Coaching offers one-on-one coaching for women navigating the emotional strain of a parent’s dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Founded by Michelle Arant, a Master Life Coach who cared for her mother through six years of dementia while maintaining her career and family life, the practice is grounded in personal experience and professional coaching training. Its support is designed for women who feel guilty, overwhelmed, resentful, or pulled between caring for a parent and preserving their own lives. The core service is an eight-week program with weekly sessions, beginning with a free, no-pressure conversation to determine whether coaching is a good fit. Together, clients explore the pressures and difficult feelings surrounding caregiving and learn practical tools for challenging moments, such as visits, repeated questions, and the emotional aftermath of time with a parent. The aim is not to remove grief or guilt entirely, but to help clients ease the pressure, feel more present, and make room for both their relationship with their parent and their own family, work, and personal life. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Mental Health _(under Health)_ - ⛑ Geriatric and Aging Care _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/michellearantcoaching) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/groundedinthegoodbye) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXp-zvNvV/w/1181/h/1181/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792079014599) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idXp-zvNvV/w/1181/h/1181/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792079014954) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Texas | #faeca2 | accent | | Wine Berry | #6b1f36 | dark | | Tutu | #ffeffd | light | ## Fonts - Bellefair — asset _(google)_ - Montserrat — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
