## Description

Micky van Zadelhoff is an AI trainer, entrepreneur and software builder who helps businesses put artificial intelligence to practical use. Through in-company workshops in the Netherlands and Belgium, he guides teams from understanding what current AI tools can do to building solutions for their own work. His four-hour AI Introduction workshop covers tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI agents, and helps participants create an AI assistant, identify tasks to streamline and use company data safely. For businesses ready to go further, Micky offers custom AI automation projects, working alongside a department to automate time-consuming tasks such as email, quotes, invoices and reporting. The aim is to deliver working automations in the organisation’s own systems and equip employees to maintain them. Since 2024, he has delivered 142 AI workshops and trained more than 2,000 participants. He also created EasyReimburse, software used by more than 40 organisations, and shares articles on AI, entrepreneurship and digital nomad life, along with a downloadable book about his travels.
