## Description

MicroCapClub is a global community for investors focused on microcap companies, founded in 2011 by investor Ian Cassel. It brings together more than 250 vetted fund managers, private investors, and allocators to share research, discuss investment ideas, and collaborate on due diligence. The community emphasizes independent analysis and peer discussion rather than selling hot tips.

Since its launch, members have profiled more than 1,500 companies and identified over 350 stocks described by the site as multibaggers. Coverage spans US, Canadian, European, Australian, and Asian markets. MicroCapClub offers two ways to participate: experienced investors can apply for membership, which includes posting privileges, public performance tracking, networking, and event access; subscribers receive access to company profiles, discussions, member rankings, and real-time alerts for an annual fee. Both paths include access to virtual events, while members also receive access to in-person events.

In 2026, MicroCapClub acquired Planet MicroCap, bringing its online investor community together with conferences and other in-person experiences.
