## Description

Team Ronstan, also known as MicroWind Racing, is a Boston-area Formula 18 catamaran racing team formed by Mike and Tripp, sailing partners with eight years of experience together in competitive sailboats. Both developed their skills through college sailing programs before pursuing racing at a higher level. Focused on multihull competition, they have trained and raced extensively, earning top finishes at national and international events. After their planned 2012 Olympic campaign in the Tornado class was no longer possible, the team turned its full attention to the Formula 18 circuit.

The team competes in local, national and international events and supports the growth of multihull racing in New England. Its activities have included public demonstrations, including an F18 sailing showcase during the America’s Cup World Series. Team Ronstan shares event news, race results, photographs, videos and information about its catamaran through its website. Its work is supported by sponsors including Nacra and Ronstan/FSE Robline, alongside its sailing community, friends, family and fans.
