Midasco LLC is a leading infrastructure contractor, specializing in building transportation systems for tomorrow. With a rich history spanning over thirty years, Midasco has evolved from a Woman Owned Business (WBE) Steel Contractor servicing the Baltimore/Washington area to becoming one of the premiere infrastructure contractors in the Mid-Atlantic, South East, and South Central regions of the United States. Founded in 1982 by Joe Dunn and Regina McManus as Mid-Atlantic Steel Contractors, Midasco initially focused on reinforcing steel installation.

Over time, the company expanded its range of services to include the furnishing and installation of highway signing, roadway lighting, traffic signals, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) work. In 2006, Midasco transitioned into Midasco, LLC, operating without its original WBE designation. The company continued to thrive and expand, opening offices in North Carolina and Georgia and offering tolling infrastructure services.

They worked on notable projects such as Maryland's InterCounty Connector and Virginia's Telegraph Road Interchange. In 2011, Midasco became a wholly owned subsidiary of ACS, a global construction giant.
