At Acetaia Midolini, we dedicate ourselves with love and artisanal knowledge to the production of an excellent balsamic condiment that we age for over three decades in precious wooden barrels. This passion is cultivated in the hills of Friuli. It is in the Eastern Hills of Friuli where the cradle of our vineyards can be found. Here, Refosco and Friulano grapes are processed according to tradition to create the magical drops of our Balsamic. Inside precious woods such as mulberry, ash, robinia, cherry, oak, chestnut, and juniper, we preserve "our passion." 
Starting from a set of 25 selected barrels, Lino revived a Friulian tradition dating back to the time of the Roman colonies of Aquileia. Certain values such as quality, tradition, and love for our land have today made Midolini Company a Guinness World Record holder as the largest acetaia in the world. 
In an atmosphere suspended between the traditions of the past and modernity, Acetaia Midolini is a corner of paradise. Here, you can taste and purchase our products, learn the art of Balsamic with a guided tour, stroll through the vineyards, and organize gourmet picnics. 
Our balsamic is different from a simple balsamic condiment. It is a product with an unmistakable density and a delicious sweet and sour flavor. It has a dense and compact consistency, a brown color, and a luminous appearance. Its superb scent and flavor come from a bouquet of seven precious woods.
