The farm grows certified organic vegetables, garden seedlings, and the produce used to make its own fermented foods. Its vegetable selection has a particular focus on European and Asian varieties chosen for quality and performance in the farm’s growing system. Midori Farm produces sauerkraut and kimchi through a carefully tended, gentle fermentation process using wild microorganisms from the farm and kitchen.
