## Description

Mike Bowler is an agile coach, trainer, and consulting hypnotist who helps organizations improve delivery and individuals make personal changes. His approach combines expertise in agile and flow systems with applied neuroscience, recognizing that effective practices alone are not enough: lasting improvement also depends on human behaviour.

For businesses, Mike provides agile coaching that examines workflow, technical practices, and team dynamics to identify barriers to stronger delivery. For individuals, he offers personal coaching using NLP and hypnosis to help address changes in thinking, feelings, or behaviour. He also teaches customized training for in-person and remote teams, covering Agile, Scrum, Kanban, product development, technical practices, and programming skills. Although he has taught certification classes, he does not currently offer certifications.

Mike creates video courses, including Flow Metrics Basics for Agile Teams, Retrospective Magic for Agile Teams, and Anxiety Reset. He also contributes to open-source software, with recent work focused on JiraMetrics, a tool for extracting metrics from Jira; support is available through formal contracts or pay-as-you-go arrangements.
