Bündnis Mikroplastikfrei is a dedicated brand committed to shaping a microplastic-free world of tomorrow. With microscopic plastic particles present everywhere, from the snow-capped peaks of Großglockner to the soils of Marchfeld and the waters of Lake Constance, we find ourselves holding microplastics in our hands. Unfortunately, it is highly likely that microplastics have also made their way into our bodies, infiltrating the water and food chain. This unacceptable situation is what drives us at Bündnis Mikroplastikfrei to actively work towards a microplastic-free future. We invite you to join us in this crucial mission.

At Bündnis Mikroplastikfrei, we recognize that the solution lies in collaboration. Together with manufacturers, policymakers, retailers, and consumers, we are determined to combat this issue. Our efforts include promoting the use of reusable packaging, reducing packaging volume, eliminating the deliberate use of microplastics in products such as shower gels and detergents, transitioning to biodegradable materials based on a standardized norm, expanding recycling capabilities for biodegradable materials, and providing incentives for the development of microplastic-free alternatives.
