## Description

Mildura Martial Arts is a community martial arts club at 22 Scott Crescent in Mildura, offering structured training for children, teenagers and adults. Established in 1999, the club welcomes beginners and provides a free first week so newcomers can try classes before choosing a membership. Its programs include Renshinkan karate and MMA for children aged 5 to 15, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Gi and No Gi formats, mixed martial arts, and adult kickboxing sessions. Training develops skills such as striking, takedowns, grappling, control and self-defence, alongside fitness, confidence, discipline and respect. Members can also attend open mats to practise techniques, ask questions and catch up on missed classes, or book one-on-one personal training with a coach. Head coach Mick Moloney has taught jiu jitsu in Mildura since 1999 and founded the Born To Roll team. The club offers weekly, prepaid and casual payment options, with separate memberships for adults and children. Classes generally run Monday to Friday, with schedules varying during school holidays.
