## Description

Mile 27 is an ultramarathon coaching brand led by head coach Andy DuBois, helping runners prepare for the demands of trail and ultra-distance events. Its approach begins by understanding each athlete’s strengths, challenges, target race and lifestyle, then identifying the factors most likely to shape their performance. Coaching is built around more than fitness alone: training addresses how well athletes sustain effort and make decisions as fatigue increases, including areas such as pacing, fuelling and movement.

Mile 27 offers personalised online coaching, trail-focused strength training, training resources and camps. Its services also include training with power, UTMB group coaching, and educational programs through the Mile 27 Academy for people who want to coach trail and ultramarathon runners or improve their own coaching knowledge. Coaching is delivered through a structured system developed by DuBois and used by a team of performance-focused coaches. The brand also shares articles, podcasts, videos, athlete stories and practical guidance on ultrarunning.
