## Description

Milsim Directive is a Puerto Rico-based force-on-force training organization focused on developing capable teammates and leaders through professional instruction and immersive, scenario-based exercises. Its programs emphasize communication, teamwork, leadership, tactical decision-making, and performance under pressure, with safety and professionalism as stated commitments.

Participants can follow structured training paths in Field Operations, CQB, Leadership, Emergency Response, Communications and Technical Skills, or Instructor and Exercise Staff development. Courses progress from foundational skills to advanced application, while field training exercises provide realistic opportunities to practice in demanding scenarios. Flagship events include Operation Blackout, a 24-hour close-quarters battle exercise involving leadership, communication, decision-making, and low-light operations.

The organization also offers the Stryker Cadet Program for participants aged 16 and older, combining guided physical training, leadership development, military history, teamwork, and supervised field exercises. Milsim Directive works with strategic partners, including Aero Strike, to explore aerial imaging and unmanned aerial system support for selected training events and media projects. Its mission is to help participants think critically, communicate effectively, and act confidently in challenging situations.
