## Description

MINCA is a creative studio in Barcelona, founded in 2024 and run by Julia Stewart. It brings together movement and creative expression through online learning and in-person experiences, serving a global online community of more than 50,000 people. Its offerings include a Tai Chi Warmup course, with gentle daily movement, and the Creative Making Lab, which encourages people to make, experiment, and collaborate. In Barcelona, MINCA hosts creative workshops, performances, and community gatherings, and provides five co-working spaces at its Gràcia studio. The studio’s approach blends gentle mobility with artistic exploration, offering ways to engage both body and mind. MINCA also shares short warmup practices filmed by Julia in Barcelona and provides course updates and inspiration through its newsletter. Retreats are listed as coming in 2027. Founded from Julia’s experience with movement and recovery, MINCA aims to create a welcoming setting for people to slow down, explore creativity, and connect with others. Its programs are available online and through its local studio.
