## Description

Minchō is an independent illustration and graphic arts magazine for illustration enthusiasts and magazine collectors. Published every three months, it brings together visual art, comics, design, interviews, book reviews, and contemporary creative work in a collectible print edition. Readers can explore current and back issues, buy the magazine online or through bookstores, and subscribe. The publication also shares updates through its newsletter and social media channels.

Each issue presents a range of artists and perspectives, with features spanning illustration, comics, art and design, and contemporary culture. Issue 20, a special expanded edition, responds to the challenges of the pandemic through work about adversity and emotions such as anxiety, frustration, uncertainty, and loneliness. Its 152 pages include contributions from artists including Nadine Redlich, whose work appears on the cover, alongside features on creators such as Catherine Meurisse, Paula Scher, and Grayson Perry. Minchō offers readers an engaging way to discover artists, enjoy thoughtful visual storytelling, and collect diverse work from the illustration and graphic arts community.
