## Description

Mindful Garden is a public engagement project that brings botany to life through art, science and creative learning. Led by Samantha Cooper, a plant researcher and botanical artist, the project aims to help teach botany and encourage hopeful conservation for a greener world. Its activities invite people to explore the importance of plants, fungi and nature through accessible, hands-on experiences.

Mindful Garden offers workshops for adults and children, exhibitions, botanical artwork and research. Workshop activities combine scientific exploration with creative making, using approaches such as microscopes, sensory activities, plant science and folklore.
