## Description

Mindglow Counselling is a counselling practice founded by Victoria Schwulst, a Registered Counsellor affiliated with the HPCSA and BACP. Based in Cape Town, the practice provides support for teenagers and young adults in South Africa and internationally, including clients in the UK. Its approach aims to create a nurturing, compassionate space where clients can explore challenges and work toward greater well-being.

Services include online counselling, typically delivered in 50-minute sessions via Google Meet, and in-person counselling at Touchstone House in Cape Town. Mindglow also offers career guidance to help young people consider education and career options, understand workplace dynamics, choose subjects, navigate university life, and manage career changes. Psychometric assessments are available for career planning, subject selection, and school readiness; each includes an intake interview, testing, a written report, and a feedback session.

The practice also provides online workshops and mental health resources for teens, young adults, and expatriates. Appointments can be requested through the website, with counselling offered online or in person according to clients’ needs.
