## Description

Minha Ternura is an elder-care provider offering residential and community-based support through Minha Ternura I, Minha Ternura II, a day centre, and a home-support service. Its mission is to improve residents’ quality of life through attentive care that respects the ageing process and supports dignity and wellbeing.

Minha Ternura I is a renovated, three-storey residence in a quiet residential area with convenient access to main roads. Minha Ternura II is set in a former agricultural property within a rural community, surrounded by green spaces and natural light. Both locations are adapted to residents’ needs. The day centre provides a welcoming, safe setting, sociocultural activities, and daily transport between clients’ homes and the centre.

At home, the service offers personalised assistance with personal hygiene, laundry, meal preparation, nursing, and health care. A medical and nursing team, supported by operational staff, attends to clients’ daily needs. Meals are prepared daily with consideration for individual requirements, using fresh products supplied by local producers.
